Era 3 marks the beginning of the new yAxis, supported by the yAxis DAO. In Era 3, the decision was made to decouple eras from calendars. Instead, eras will be defined going forward by milestones achieved - which is largely outlined in the updated roadmap.

This era will see the yAxis protocol mature through new product offerings as well as organizational structure. Era 3 is underpinned by the yAxis DAO, which kicked off a DAO transition process in Feb 2022.

Highlights

  • New v3 vaults and strategies added

  • Deploy core v3 architecture on Avalanche

  • Launch new borrow/lending feature on Ethereum mainnet

  • Launch leveraged trading product to supplement yAxis ecosystem

  • Enable dynamic capital controls
